The home jurisdiction.
BeitSystems is anchored in the United States. The principal holds active federal clearance with prior delivery in classified federal facilities, including the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Department of Energy. Federal experience translates to a specific operational discipline: nation-state threat defense, air-gapped infrastructure, and the assumption that the cost of being wrong is higher than the cost of being slow.
United States engagements span federal AI procurement scoped against FedRAMP, FISMA, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework; commercial enterprise AI security; and AI platform engineering for software companies. We engineer to the controls. Authorization is issued by the appropriate authority.
Middle East and North Africa.
BeitSystems engages the Middle East and North Africa for AI systems engineering, security and governance, and the orchestration and audit layer around production agents. Engagements are scoped against regional sovereign data residency frameworks.
Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire.
BeitSystems engages West Africa for AI systems engineering, security and governance, and the orchestration and audit layer around production agents. Engagements are scoped against the regional regulatory environment and contracted under OHADA where applicable.
For sovereign and air-gapped government workloads.
Public LLM APIs are not an option for classified, controlled, or sovereign government data. BeitSystems deploys open-weight models on government infrastructure: on-premise, in air-gapped enclaves, or in a sovereign cloud tenant. The work spans inference engine selection, GPU resource management, retrieval and grounding pipelines, observability, and the security perimeter around the deployment. The principal's prior delivery in air-gapped federal facilities informs how the perimeter is engineered.
The honest constraint.
We do not build the anomaly detection model from scratch. We build the controls around the model so that a regulator can read the finding, an auditor can verify the lineage, and an operator can pause the system. We do not run a federal capture practice. We do not subcontract delivery offshore.
